Billy Williams is a minor character.
Biography[]
Appearing in the Series 2 episode "Old Grey Whistle Theft", he is a priest and illegal arms dealer who was stopped at a checkpoint along with Larry Duff and two other priests while they were on their way to meet Ted for his picnic as the soldiers found that he possessed a box of machine gun.
He was shot dead by a soldier after trying to escape.
